Scheduling & Cancellation
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the planned treatment; otherwise the sessions will be invoiced. We also understand people sometimes have a family emergency and we will not be unreasonable in such situations. For appointments to be booked in the next 24 hours, please contact us directly via WhatsApp +65 9784 4889 or email us at [email protected].
Waiting times
We try our best to keep our waiting times as short as possible. In rare cases, longer waiting times of up to 30 minutes may occur. This is because certain sessions cannot be stopped within a process. In return we promise you to take as much time as you need in your session as well.
