Pru Jones is our most experienced counsellor, having conducted over 4,000 client sessions in her current role. She works with clients across the world from teens to octogenarians.

Her clients appreciate that she does not waste time or push for more sessions. They enjoy the lightness she can bring to difficult topics, whilst insuring her practice is based on the latest scientific research.

She does not believe in long drawn out periods of therapy. She aims to give every person or couple she works with tools and takeouts from every session, equipping them to start experiencing real change in their day to day lives as soon as possible.

Pru lived Singapore for 14 years. She now lives in the UK, working with clients all over the world online. Prior to psychotherapy, Pru held management roles in economics and research in London and Singapore.
